If the printer is unable to complete the buildplate leveling script due to the error message "Distance To Small" performing a extruder calibration first can easily be the solution to this problem.
First check the sensor or any nearby components for damage that could cause any misalignement.
If everything looks good proceed with extruder calibration:
- Go to TOOLS -> SETTINGS -> Extruder calibration, follow the on screen instructions.
- Do another Build Plate Calibration
If that doesn´t help, do a factory reset (TOOLS -> Factory reset) and try again.
